Follow these steps to get this more casual makeup artist look:
  • Apply the silver shade from the Ocean View baked eye trio all over eyelids. Blend the light blue shade into eyelid creases and outer corners of eyes.
  • Apply NEW Blue My Mind bold fluid eyeliner along bottom lashlines. Apply Black liquid eyeliner along top lashlines. Finish with two coats of Lash Love Lengthening™ Mascara in I ♥ Black.
  • Complete your look with NEW Atomic Red triple layer tinted balm.
Take this look up a notch:
  • Blend the dark blue shade from the Ocean View baked eye trio into eyelid creases and outer corners of eyes.
  • Sweep NEW Blue My Mind bold fluid eyeliner along the top lashlines to a winged cat-eye shape and along bottom lashlines to connect fully around eyes and let dry. Add a thin line of Black liquid eyeliner along top and bottom lashlines for definition.
